SECURITY, CONFIDENTIALITY AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY 

• Due to the sensitive nature of the information flowing

through the systems at Tranquility Online, all security
concerns are considered as being of great importance.
We have taken multiple steps to ensure that personal
information is safe and secure within our systems and
clients can rest easy knowing that their sensitive
information is away from the prying hands of the public. All
communications between systems will be encrypted using
TLS encryption ensuring that no one can steal information
between systems.

• Platform is secured with a secure transfer protocol so that
all data transferred is encrypted over a secure connection.

• All communications between systems will be encrypted
using TLS encryption ensuring that no one can steal
information between systems.

• Each Logged-In Session is secured with a temporary Session
Token. These session tokens conform to the RFC 7519
standard.

• User data and log in to the platform is secured with an
encrypted password. These passwords are stored using
HS256 for encryption.

• All the data is stored in the cloud so it can be accessed
anywhere

• Application data is hosted and secured by Amazon Web
Services

• All user chats, video and voice calls are handled by a third-
party vendor called Twilio, these conform to the POPI

standards and all relevant user data will then be encrypted
and stored securely.
